Hacker's Diet

I've been doing this diet/exercise program for the past 3 years - initially to get from 40-lbs overweight (180 lbs) to the normal range for my height (143-148 lbs), then to maintain it there.

It's called the Hacker's Diet, and it was written by John Walker, author of AutoCAD.

    How successful have you been on the Hacker's Diet? Do you log your daily weight?

  2. @Anonymous - Life changer. I'm still doing my 15 mins daily exercise when I can. Weight is still within range. I don't record my weight, but I step on the scales each morning.
