HisTorrent

Another Dave Blasby idea: "HisTorrent". This would be BitTorrent enhanced to redirect to recently downloaded torrents cached on people's boxes, to reduce the load on the main server. So if you download a torrent, it will remain on your box for a period of time in case anyone else wants to download it.
