Trying to resolve the following Windows XP issue: a scheduled task I set up is not running when nobody is logged on. I found a tip on http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;812400 suggesting the following workaround: turn off the HID Input Service and reboot. I'll give that a go.
