Hello user interface - suggestions for improvement

1. There's a grey popup at the lower right corner. Would you be
willing to provide an option to turn off this popup? It blocks the
buttons in another one of your products -- Picasa.

2. Whenever I post to BloggerBot, Hello opens a new Internet Explorer
window. I get overwhelmed with all the windows because I need
simplicity. Would you be willing to provide an option to turn off the
creation of new windows whenever someone posts using BloggerBot?
